High Asset Divorce Lawyer
Florence, Boone County, KY | Covington, Kenton County, KY
You do not have to go to court alone. Let me help you. I am a fighter!
Are the property issues in my case any different than in any other divorce?
All divorces are not the same, and neither are all attorneys. If you have been financially successful before or during the marriage, then you want to keep what is legally yours. This requires diligence in uncovering and valuing assets, and successfully arguing the proper division of assets and debts. You may own a business that you do not want to lose. Or you may be the spouse who wants his or her fair share of the value added during the marriage by either or both spouses.
Will every attorney get me the same result?
Whether running a business or managing your other assets, you had a team of professionals that advised you. Your divorce should work the same way. The attorney is the head of your advisors. Anything that cannot be agreed upon will be litigated in court. Assets and debts not only need to be properly valued, they need to be properly divided. Based on the advice of your attorney and any experts working on your team, you will be able to make informed decisions. Would benefit you more to reach an agreement or to let the court decide the issue? Is your spouse or your spouse's attorney being unreasonable? You need to approach the financial aspects of your divorce with the same or more attention than when you created your wealth. The difference in attorney fees between lawyers may ultimately be small in comparison to the difference in outcome by having the right attorney guide you through your divorce.
